![]() We are therapists, activists, technology geeks, business executives, people from various walks of life who saw a world full of chronic stress and trauma and very few options. We asked, "When entire societies have been traumatized, what does genuine healing look like?" Founders Barbara English and Anshul Mittal's growing discontent with the limits of the traditional western model of one-on-one therapy, combined with the increased awareness of trauma as a global epidemic, motivated them to start Living Ubuntu.
