Summer group TRE sessions

After attending a David Berceli workshop and learning Trauma Releasing Exercises, many people have expressed a desire for a way to continue to do TRE in a group.

In response to that request, Living Ubuntu will offer five group TRE Sessions, to be held in Orange County. TRE will be combined with additional stretching and grounding exercises, and is intended for those who have previously learned TRE.

What is TRE?

Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) is a breakthrough in trauma recovery and stress management. It is a body centered method of recovery that helps release the deep chronic tension created in a body during a traumatic or stressful experience. It is easily learned, immediately effective and self-empowering because it can be used without the guidance of a therapist. This method has been used successfully in over 10 different countries with families, organizations, and schools in diverse populations and cultures.

David Berceli PhD, an international expert in the field of trauma intervention and conflict resolution, is the creator of TRE.  Here is feedback from previous attendees of a TRE workshop.
