For many of us, life is hectic. With so many competing tasks and obligations it is hard to avoid feeling over-committed and overwhelmed.
This is a workshop about our overwhelmed lives and how to manage the demands our choices place upon us without losing ourselves in the process. Presenter
Tarra believes in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship, incorporating Bioenergetics and other mind-body approaches in her work with clients. She believes in empowering the individual in the therapeutic process, facilitating the discovery of one's true potential, with all their abilities, wonder and mystery.
Tarra has presented on "Attachment Issues", "Bringing the Body into the Therapy Room", "The Other Side of Grief" and was a keynote speaker at the 2010 Southern California Bioenergetic Conference. What does it mean to have an "embodied" sense of self? Why is it so common to feel separated from one's self? One of the goals of the workshop is to help mend this separation.
