OC for Darfur planning meeting | Tuesday, May 12th

Hi everyone,

Many of us are planning to attend the talk at UCI this Tuesday evening.  Prof. Abdullahi Ahmed An-Na’im will be talking about the International Criminal Court and the Darfur crisis. [more info]

So… for this Tuesday only we are moving the meeting time up by one hour.

–  Update on our production of “In Darfur”.
–  Planning for “God Grew Tired of Us” screening at the Camp this Wednesday.
–  Planning for JWW Darfur Rally in Fountain Valley this Sunday. [link]
–  Update regarding our visit with Congressman Ken Calvert’s office last week.
–  Planning for Mark Hanis’s (executive director of GI-Net) visit to OC in June.

If you’d like to get involved and help with the planning of any of these activities, we would love to have you come and attend
