Darfur tactics being applied in Congo

The same level of violence and brutality in Darfur is also being perpetrated in Congo.

Whenever there is fighting, the people run from their villages.
They have little water or food.
The militias chop off men’s hands.
Women go out to collect firewood… and get raped… by soldiers.

The suffering is immense…

And talks of peace continue… with no resolve in sight.
