Hi everyone,

In February, we had a teeny-tiny Ubuntu group, so I wanted to get this announcement for March out to all of you a full two weeks in advance, because I have missed being together with all of you!

I am hoping you will join us as we use TRE to release what our bodies have been holding, and continue the pursuit of learning to be more open, honest, accepting, and present with each other…  even though sometimes the impulse we feel is to “close down” and “push away”.
